Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Oats - 50 grams,Banana - 200 grams,Honey - 1 1/2 tablespoons, Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon, Curd

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 50 grams oats, 200 grams banana, 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 300 milliliters almond milk and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with banana slice.
4. Serve.

Pineapple Chia Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple – 5,6 slices, Yogurt – 1 cup, Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons, Ice - 1 cup, Water – ½ glass, Chai seeds - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add pineapple, 1 banana, half cup curd, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup ice, half glass water and blend it smooth.
2. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and again blend it until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with pineapple.
5. Serve.

Homemade Tomato Mint Juice

INGREDIENTS

Ice cubes Tomato - 410 grams Ginger - 1 teaspoon Mint - 1 tablespoon Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon Mint - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a serving jar.
3. Garnish with mint and serve.

Cucumber Juice

INGREDIENTS

CUCUMBER ,LEMON,MINT,Black pepper,Roasted Jeera,less salt.

PREPARATION

Blend all the ingredients for two minutes ,and drink the juice as soon as you have made it. You can keep it in air tight container and keep it in the fridge. Drink it within 24 hours.

Lockey Juice

INGREDIENTS

Lauki ,Ginger, mint, roasted jeera,black pepper,less salt.

PREPARATION

In a blender, beat the lauki, ginger, mint leaves and roasted jeera. Next, add a cup of water and blend for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and salt and mix well. Sieve the juice and drink it.

Karela Juice

To make karela juice, combine the karela and half cup of water in mixer and blend till smooth. Strain the mixture using half cup of water. Add the lemon juice and salt ,roasted jeera,black pepper and mix well. Pour equal quantitiy of the karela juice and have immediately.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

(For Mango Layer)- Mango - 1 cup, Orange juice - 3/4 cup, Water - 3 tablespoons

(For Strawberry Layer) - Strawberry - 1/2 cup, Sugar - 1 tablespoon, Orange juice - 1 cup, Strawberry slices

PREPARATION

(For Mango Layer)
1. Add mango layer ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

(For Strawberry Layer)
1. Add strawberry layer ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

(Assembly)
1. Fill the glass half way with the mango mix then fill the rest of the glass with the strawberry mix.
2. Garnish with strawberry slices.
3. Serve.

Beetroot Carrot Ginger Juice

PREPARATION

Carrots - 260 grams Beetroot - 170 grams Apple - 185 grams Ginger - 2 teaspoons Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons Lemon slice - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a serving glass.
3. Garnish with lemon slice.
4. Serve.

Apple Carrot Orange Juice

PREPARATION

Ice cubes Oranges - 245 grams Apple - 160 grams Carrots - 185 grams Ginger - 2 teaspoons Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons Orange slice - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a serving glass.
3. Garnish with orange slice.
4. Serve.
