Once you have paid for a program, the No Refund & cancellation policy applies. Due to the nature of services involved, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.

Terms & ConditionsA program once enrolled in, can only be upgraded with in 10 days from the starting date. Downgrades are not allowed at any time.
The programs we have are non-transferable. If, for a medical or other urgent reason, you are not able to continue the program, we may be able to approve the transfer request provided you can present relevant evidence. It should be noted If it gets approved, standard transfer fee of Rs.800./- (in case of transfer to existing client) or Rs.2000/- (in case of transfer to a non-member) will be applicable.
We do not encourage breaks as they obstruct the motion of diet and lifestyle changes that we suggest. Vacations, family functions, travelling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 2 weeks break in 6 month program, and 5 weeks break in 12 month program.Hold/Pause facility is not applicable to 1 or 3 month programs.
In case if you miss your appointment and do not inform us, it is your responsibility to reach out to us and reschedule your next appointment.
You commit to take responsibility for your own actions and understand that the dietitian can only guide and cannot control what you consume.
